Once our delivery partner identifies a damaged product, it will be returned to our warehouse, where we will inspect the product to verify the damage. Once the damage is confirmed, we will promptly arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you.

We will redeliver the replacement product to you within 5 working days after confirming the issue. If the product is not in stock, we will contact you with alternative options, which may include choosing a different product or receiving a full refund.

In case you receive a product that was damaged during delivery but was not returned by the delivery partner, please contact us within 48 hours. This will allow us to address the issue in a timely manner.

4.3 Replacement or Refund

  • Send you a replacement product within 3-5 working days or
  • Provide a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.

At this time, VEDIC HIVERY PRIVATE LIMITED does not offer exchanges for products unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We cannot accommodate exchanges based on customer preferences (e.g., taste or texture) due to the perishable nature of the products.
