Terms and Conditions for VEDIC HIVERY Delivery Partners (Including Delhivery Limited)

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between VEDIC HIVERY PRIVATE LIMITED and its delivery partners, including Delhivery Limited. By partnering with VEDIC HIVERY, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

Delivery partners are responsible for transporting products (honey, ghee, pickles) from VEDIC HIVERY to customers in a timely and efficient manner. All deliveries must adhere to agreed-upon service standards.

2. Payment and Compensation

Delivery partners will receive compensation based on the agreed-upon delivery rates. Payments will be processed after the completion of each delivery or according to the billing cycle.

3. Responsibilities

Delivery partners must ensure products are handled with care and delivered safely.
Any delays or damages must be reported immediately to VEDIC HIVERY.
Compliance with local laws and regulations is mandatory.

4. Termination

VEDIC HIVERY reserves the right to terminate the delivery partnership at any time for non-compliance with these terms, poor performance, or legal violations.

5. Liability

Delivery partners are liable for any loss or damage to the products during transit due to negligence or mishandling. Insurance may be provided based on prior agreements.

6. Confidentiality

All information related to VEDIC HIVERY business, including customer details and operational data, must be kept confidential. Misuse of such data may result in legal action.

7. Amendments

VEDIC HIVERY reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated and must be accepted to continue the partnership.
